STEP 2: LEARNING YOU
This is all about you. Our goal is to learn all about you in order to find the perfect position for your talents and gifts. This will be a series of sit down calls either in person or over the phone to learn how we can meet your expectations. What are your salary expectations, how much vacation time are you looking for, etc.? The better prepared we can be in step 2 will lead to great interviews and opportunities come step 3.
STEP 3: INTERVIEWS
Now it is time to show them what you are made of. This is the lightning money round if you will. Let's get you in front of the key decision makers and help propel your career and your life forward!
STEP 4: JOB PLACEMENT
As a company, BiaTechnical Solutions, is trying to get you to step 4 as efficiently as we can. Here at BTS, we believe that processes do not end wrong, they start wrong. So we want to be as precise and deliberate in steps 1-3 so that you can get off on the best foot come step 4. And then you are off!
